Our story
We started laying the foundations for Grunda in 2024 with a simple goal: use technology to help carbon-intensive industries reduce their emissions.
Soon, it became obvious to us that the construction materials industry was a perfect playing field: it has a huge environmental impact, precise measurement and reduction frameworks and a culture that helps pushing the limits.

Anthony, our Head of Science and cofounder, first got his hands into LCA as a student. After graduating, he joined TotalEnergies to help build an internal LCA tool for lubricants. Today, his expertise helps us ground Grunda in science.

Frédéric, our CTO and cofounder, started working in IT over 20 years ago. He contributed to the growth of CodinGame, one of the largest platforms for developers in Europe. Today, he makes sure our platform is stable, fast, and efficient.
